The finish is long and layered. This is a brilliant wine and can be cellared for many more years to come. |

It presents notes of green apple, grapefruit, petrol, honey and beeswax. On the palate, it presents a high acidity and a medium body, with additional hints of lemon zest. The flavors are also pronounced. Its finish is very long. It has truly benefited from aging (compared to my tasting note from 15 October 2021). The wait was worth it. A really great GG. Glass I used: Zalto Universal. |
